    Warmup mile then 2x1 mile repeats. Splits of 6:54 and 6:52. This was much harder than I had hoped. I'm chalking it up to poor hydration and poor diet yesterday.

    I was dreading this tempo run but got into it about halfway through and enjoyed the cool air afterwards. Encouraged by how I felt at the end. 1 mile w/u at 9:32 and 7 miles at 7:32 pace.

    Slept in this morning and found some time this afternoon. Wasn't about to run outside. Did 2 warmup, 4 at an even 7:30 pace, 1 c/d.

    Comfortable pace for 7 miles with a push for the last 3. Took a couple of water breaks. Humidity was tough but I felt pretty good overall given the conditions.
