    No bueno today. Just breaking through the negatives. Stopped nearly every .5 to stretch calves. Try again tomorrow.

      At least you got the run in... hay in the barn, so to speak. Tight calves? This is an ongoing issue with me. If you have any solutions, suggestions, or figure it out, let me know. :)

      I tried it on calves pre and post today along with c-socks and no pain (happy dance). Give it a go see what you think :-). I found several YouTubes to learn how to work ART on calves with roller. Good Luck!
