Pleasant running weather 50, overcast and slight breeze, 20% humidity. Sky is a purple hue. A nice start to the weekly training. Lap 1-10:42, 2-10:13, 3-10:03, 4-9:30.

No bueno today. Just breaking through the negatives. Stopped nearly every .5 to stretch calves. Try again tomorrow.

I tried it on calves pre and post today along with c-socks and no pain (happy dance). Give it a go see what you think :-). I found several YouTubes to learn how to work ART on calves with roller. Good Luck!
