    First time out with this new headlamp. It's frozen solid under a layer of ice, but it held up great through the sleet and snow.

      Not really sure, yet... Thinking about some middle distance races. Would really like to see some new 10K and 1/2 mar PR's in 2012. And that sub-3 is still floating around, but I'm gonna let that simmer for a few months. How are you feeling?
