I've said it before how much I hate speed workouts...got on the treadmill tonight for tonight's torture event. 1 mile w/u: 11:06 pace, 7 x 400's 2 mins each, .5 jog in between each 400 at 10:54 - 10:31 pace, .5 cool down 10 - 9:21 pace. I wanted to stop so bad...I am not a sprinter. Which is odd now, because I thought i was pretty good at it in high school. My legs hated me. But I refused to quit...I am not a quitter. I am not going to quit, no matter how much legs are screaming at me. I am stronger!
