Since I slept in during boot camp (I have been so tired lately), I decided to do a make-up session in my own living room: 3-minute wall sit, 3 x10 overhead tricep presses with 15#, 3 x 10 bicep curls/shin to shoulder presses/chest presses/bent over rows/flies with 12#, 4 x 25 push-ups, 2 x 50 ab crunches, 50 oblique crunches, 50 reverse abs, 3 x 10 lunges with 12# in each hand...I was in a pissy mood so I took it out on my body...
