I've had better runs...dinner felt like lead in my stomach, legs felt a bit heavy. Then about the third mile in, my paces were picking up a bit. This has been happening lately...The first two and a half miles, I can't find a rhythm and then "bam" I am in a groove. I guess it's better to find it on the second half of the run than nothing at all. Considering I felt like throwing up my dinner and drove for 4 hours today, my paces weren't horrible but not great either.
