You know when the only equipment you need is a mat and a 4 risers and a step that this workout is going to kick your ass. It's a week of high intensity interval training...30 seconds as many as you can. Box jumps, donkey kicks, running man, lateral jumps, forward jumps, tuck jumps, squat jumps, jump up on the step and then a squatthrust, basketball jumps, etc...legs are like jelly...
