It's a week of high intensity interval training...30 seconds as many as you can. Box jumps, donkey kicks, running man, lateral jumps, forward jumps, tuck jumps, squat jumps, jump up on the step and then a squatthrust, basketball jumps, etc...legs are like jelly...
