This little piggy went to Olive Garden....the little piggy had a wonderful lunch with 2 bowls of Zuppa Toscana, 2 breadsticks with marinara sauce, and 2 helpings of salad. The little piggy was worried about this run as stomach was heavy from the lunch. She was also worried about her PF. Enter the strassburg sock and some heel cups and I am feeling good. And this was the first run with ZERO ankle stiffness. I needed to run off the bad day...Now I am hungry again...

    way to go! Glad the ankle is feeling better. Do you sleep with the sock? I had a PF boot that I had to sleep with for a while. It was not fun. But it helped.

    Good job Jenn. The best cure for my PF has been a roller. If I go a few days w/o it, I feel it in the AM.
