good Mumford and back 3.94 mi

I forgot my pedometer so I have no idea how long this run took me. However, there is something freeing about not keeping track of your time. You just run for the love of running. It felt pretty good. The 3 pieces of pizza at lunch would probably be considered "carb-loading"!
I was sending positive "Atalanta" vibes to my sister running in the Moab half-marathon today. She finished with a time of 2 hours and 10 minutes. Amy, you are my inspiration!
