Week 7 or 8 of training for the half-marathon. When you get halfway in, you start to forget what week you are in. Anyway, this was the day of 8 x 400 meters at a fast pace with a light jog in between. Really makes me burn in the butt, but a good burn. I really think this is what is making me faster. That and being pissed after my traffic ticket. UGH!!!
