LOVE IT WHEN I BREAK THROUGH THE 10-MINUTE MILE BARRIER! Great night for a run, rest of the week looks gorgeous, too! I'm sure the weather is a factor in my need for speed. I'm sure that the aggravation in getting my new car stereo to work had somethng to do with the speed.
When running, it is amazing how deeply we inhale and breathe. BTW, it is defnitely spring as the manure is full force. BLECH!
