Decided to turn it up a bit...100 push-ups (4 sets of 25), 120 crunches (2 sets of 60), 70 oblique crunches, 60 reverse abs, 90 side leg lifts each leg (3 sets of 30), 150 donkey kicks each leg (3 sets of 50), 3 sets of 10 kettlebell swings with 15# ball, 3 sets of lunges each leg with 10# weights, 3 sets of tricep presses with 15# weight, 3 sets of bicep curls/shoulder presses/chest presses/bent over rows with 10# weights, 3 sets of planks in 1 minute sets, 3 sets of wall sits in 3 minute sets...1 week until surgery...it is countdown mode!
