OKAY, WTH with these fast times? I seriously did not mean to run this fast. Although my sister did say, "maybe you are a 10-minute pace runner now". I was obviously in deep thought. I tried to hold back, but was enjoying myself too much. I was probably jealous of the Johnny's 5 mile runners. I hope I have enough in the tank tomorrow for my 8. Like the Johnny's runners, i will be having a beer now.


I just reviewed my stats and this was the first long run I had in June. My pace was 11:14 then. I've come a long way!

It just happens. You head out to run "your" pace and then you just get going and you cannot stop. It is crazy. Great job!
