Worked out next to my little girl who has been sick with a nasty virus that she got on Xmas! Boo! Not what she wanted...but she enjoyed watching me work out next to her. 100 push-ups, 100 crunches, 50 oblique crunches, 50 reverse abs, 5 MINUTE WALL-SIT NON-STOP, 2 minute plank, 150 donkey kicks each leg in three sets of 50, 90 side leg kicks each leg in 3 sets of 30, 3 sets of lunges each leg with 10# wghts, 3 sets of tricep presses with 15# wght, 3 sets of bicep curls/shoulder presses/chest presses/bent over rows with 10# wghts. Got a call today to go over my surgery pre-op. 8 days!!!
