  10. Guess who was walking around the house today crutch-free? Me! Walking slow and still a bit of pain, but I am improving! I may try a light workout tomorrow to see how it goes!

  11. ugh...another 4 weeks with a cast, but it's a walking cast (except I can't walk right now). Still using the crutches until I get used to walking again. I better be able to fly after this is over....

      Magda, I couldn't agree more. Last night was a bit painful trying to go to sleep but I feel like my body is responding much quicker to recovery that if I was out of shape and still had the extra weight.
