VO2 drills on Sweetwater Springs, Mays Canyon and Green Valley. Felt really good after yesterday's rest day and was able to really push it up Sweetwater. Beat my PB for the year by 3:30 mins going from Westside to Armstrong Woods in less than 45 mins.

Real painful bummer on the decent down Green Valley, a yellow jacket flew into my jersey and stung me five times before I could slow down enough to unzip my jersey and let it fly away. Really hurt much more then the climbs.

Total elevation climbed was 3,018 feet.
