Marshall Loop. 5 sets of LT workouts for 30 minutes, two on climbs and three on rollers. It was cold and wet when we pushed off and really never warmed up. I was sluggish riding out Harrison Grade and did not really start to feel normal until we got to Tomales.

After climbing the Marshall Wall and riding down to Chileno Valley I could start to feel the winds really picking up. When we turned onto Chileno Valley we ran into a very strong head wind. I was pushing the pace at zone 5 and was only able to maintain a 17 mph pace, it was painful.

Finished by climbing up Burnside and Bennett Valley. Total elevation climbed was 7,222 feet. I was disappointed that we were 10 minutes off of our best time of the year for this route, but considering the winds I guess it was a pretty good pace.
