Hill Intervals. Rode out Chalk Hill to do Hill Intervals on Pine Flat. It felt like my old Chicago summers, hot and humid and I felt it. My legs were tired and I was ramping to zone 5 way too soon today, but still finished climbing to the top. Time to climb Pine Flat was 1:11:43, which was not great, but considering how I felt it was a good effort.

Sitting at Jimtown with Jo Ann and a lot of cold drinks, she decided to wanted to ride up to Geyserville and take the long way home. So we ended up adding an extra hour and another 18 miles to the ride, I know I will feel that tomorrow on the Rivera ride.

Total elevation climbed was 5,883 feet.
