Tempo Paced Ride. Rode 3 x 30 min high zone 3/low zone 4. Nice workout even if the temperatures are finally showing some life. Warm out on West Dry Creek, but was beautiful heading out on Mill Creek. Did not ride the ladder today as tomorrow is VO2 workouts on Pine Flat. Total elevation climbed was 2,515 feet.
