TT and endurance training drills. The TT was going well at was at a PB at my 12.5 mile check, but could not keep it up for the final 5 miles and ended up 1:25 slower than this year's PB, bummer.

After the TT we worked on some endurance drills and rode out to Lake Sonoma over to Cloverdale and back through Alexander Valley and Chalk Hill. Other than a very strong head wind, it was an excellent ride back.

Total elevation climbed was 5,845 feet.
