tired Endurance ride with VO2 drills 59.65 mi 03:29 17.2mph pace

So I don't know if my coach is trying to kill me or at least make me throw up on my bike, but after last nights practice and today's scheduled drills I came close (ok I am kidding, but right now I feel close to both).
Headed out to Alexander Valley do to the VO2 drills, two at four minutes on the flats and then 3 at four minutes climbing, and I decided to do them climbing Pine Flat, again not necessarily very smart.
The drills just about knocked me out, but I was able to complete them and push my HR well into Zone 5.
On the last hour ride home I did not have much kick left but was able to do a couple of hill sprint drills, but I sure did not have my normal kick.
All in all a great workout, but it will be an early evening tonight.
