Indoor Trainer as a result of working to late to get out during the daylight. Pushed but just seemed that work stole too much energy from me today and I was not able to push myself as much as I would have liked. Well maybe tomorrow I can get out, but looks like we may have a bunch of rain so back to the trainer and try again.
