    good Endurance 32 mi 01:50 17.5mph pace

Decided to ride the TT bike. Maybe if I actually train on it once a week it won't feel so alien next year when the time trials start. My second ride on that back last year was a race. Preparation?

  19. VELO
good Indoor trainer, intervals 19.6 mi 01:00 19.6mph pace

Vo2 Max intervals. One good thing about the trainer is it's easier to hit your targets without distractions such as potholes, ascent/descent, cars, debris and the like.

What type of trainer do you have? I need to get one this winter; thinking about some rollers.
