I did the planks while reading, and forgot to do the situps. Went up to bed and then realized I was missing the situps! Finally shuffled downstairs Again and did the darn situps..... I have to say I am jumping to go for some kind of run right now but the leg is definitely not ready.... sigh... might go swimming, though the -20C weather of late is hardly the thing to make you think of swimming if you are not a polar bear!
