I was just going to do a slow recovery jog but the new guy who runs in my area, showed up and ran past me. So of course I sped up, and didn't let him get too far ahead before my turnoff. Then I resumed my casual pace. He got so hot running ahead of me that he took his top layer off. Anyway, a good recovery run. 5C, overcast, damp. Have a good Monday!
