Gearing down for this weekend's race. An easy gentle jog around the medium loop. Leg is weirdly tight and a bit sore but seems to be holding up OK. 4C, overcast, medium winds. Saw the Asian lady who always runs around looking angry. She waved! Have a good Wednesday!
