this was the rest day exercise cut smaller because of the ribs and because I usually exercise my legs with weights... and this time I'm not, since they often ache afterwards, which seems contraindicated just before a marathon! A light short run tomorrow and then the big day. Hope everyone else is in fine fettle! Still worrying about Richard V. and Sarah -- shin pain, what a shame. Looks like a lovely morning.
