end of the carb fast

This run marked the end of the carb fast and now it's time to carbo-load. I'll eat normally though, until Saturday, as my experience is that prolonged carb loading just adds fat. It was a nice morning with sun coming up and lots of leaves on the ground, giving me the feel of running along golden roads. 5C, light winds.


Turns out today's the pizza lunch at work, so I get to carb load anyhow!

I think I'm going to go ahead regardless, Alexandra! I cast the auspices and they were negative, so I ignored that and said I was going to do the thing anyhow! LOL.

It seems my normal diet consists of carb loading, so I hope this time it goes to those muscles instead of the spare tire!

IMO it's not the carbs that are the problem but the (over-)LOADING, which I find hard to resist but always regret later. Good luck on the big day.
