This run marked the end of the carb fast and now it's time to carbo-load. I'll eat normally though, until Saturday, as my experience is that prolonged carb loading just adds fat. It was a nice morning with sun coming up and lots of leaves on the ground, giving me the feel of running along golden roads. 5C, light winds.
