good crimson joy 6.2 km

A short race pace 6.2k was on the schedule for yesterday but yesterday I had a rest day... so I did it today. Wished I had a camera. There was a brief period during sunrise when everything was lit with gorgeous crimson clouds, that lit up the colourful trees and fallen leaves in the park and valley so it looked like a scene from a fairyland. I'm glad I ran that early this morning. Leg was mildly uneasy but all right. Rib was OK. 12C, humid, light winds, overcast.
