I was stiff and sore and reluctant, but got out there. Overcast, 1C, frosty, just a glum morning until I was heading up the hill toward home, when the sun broke out and lit everything up beautifully! That "made" the run for me. Really sore on that rib though, couldn't take a deep breath, but am glad to report the leg still feels fine -- just need to go easy on it til next Sunday!
