good just the 6k hilly ride 6.2 km

This was the first part of the brick I had planned to do yesterday morning. Just rode like heck for 6k on the hilly route, to tire my legs out for the run to follow. I wore my Boxing Day 10 miler shirt and shorts, but was freezing for almost half the ride! 6C, windy, sun coming up.
