Barely did the 15 minutes workout. Rib --- ow! Knee... kept me in bed this morning. Such a beautiful morning wasted. Hope someone managed to get out and enjoy it!

Sorry to hear it, William! I used to have that a long time ago. Now I do hip stretches every single morning without fail, and the hips have behaved for years.
