Well not exactly the same old 20 minute workout as I'm modifying a couple of exercises to focus on weak spots! But other than this, it's a rest day. Was working until 1:30 am in the driveway... haven't been reporting those lately, was also working all weekend on renovations (bloody leg and all). No rest for the wicked!

Ah, I discovered this morning that I can't do pushups! I think I really did break a rib falling on the race. Going to be hard to keep that strength up until it heals.

LOL thanks, Philip... I always live like this, it's normal for me. But yeah I do need to let that rib heal, and the knee could use a bit of time off before the marathon!

Hah! I second what Philip M said! Rest days should be taken seriously. My programme for you for today: 4 x 30 minute lie-downs on the sofa with a good book (with 30 minute rest breaks)

Ah, I wish, A.! The reality is that I have to work til about 7pm and then after the long drive home and supper (when I get to read the paper) I have to start moving furniture in the basement to prepare for the weekend. Sigh. A good book sounds like paradise! Maybe in the cracks between things.
