good Lingered into the rain 7.5 km 00:36 07:43 pace

Supposed to be 8km race pace but I decided to do 6.5 and then about 2/3 of the way added another 1km. The strangely, 1km from home, the rain started like a shower had been turned on! Maybe I wasn't supposed to do that extra 1km! My knee kept starting to hurt and I changed my pace again and again, until it stabilized. Other leg didn't like some of the variations I tried. Finally found a pace that worked, and kept to it.... Alan's video of the barefoot guy with big feet, helped me understand my pace for sure.
