      you can see I have been doing most of my running on the treadmill. Not sure how accurate it is so soon I need to do a few outdoors. You are still going strong while fighting the elements. Great Job!

      Thanks Bro - I underestimated the power of the sun without any shade- it lit me up- I trail run a lot and although it's hot- it's shaded- the beach had none- good reminder though of what Florida might have in store
