    Instead of doing a longer run around 20km, we just did a short but painful hill run going to buak.

    Found a training partner so we did a non-stop 90k going to Alcoy then pedaled easy on our way back.

    Since Im still unsure about the condition of my right knee, I just went for an easy run at CCSC. paced some runners also to get over with the boredom of running around the oval.
