      You're doing great jo! do you think you're perhaps stepping wrong? i remember mine used to hurt before too. with my old free runs. hmm. i wonder what it could be.

    Strength training day at the gym today, however wanted to get a little bit of cardio. Pushed hard! Compared to Thursdays mile, my time decreased by 57 seconds.

    Much much better :) no walking at all. Completed my first mile in 11:48 almost 50 seconds less than yesterday's mile. Not the best time, but slowly getting back at it.

      Way2Go! Consistency will bring about the quicker pace by default! We'll be running 5K races at top speed in just a couple months! Keep it going!
