    Got as high as 13.5% incline. Glad to have access to a treadmill while traveling. Not many hills in downtown Chicago

    Tried to get this at race pace (9:10 min miles). Still need to do a little more speed work and regular running to get there. 13 weeks till the San Francisco marathon.

    A fantastic run with a great friend. Probably my favorite thing is that he is willing to run nice and slow like me. I suspect this will happen again soon. Tough to beat mornings like this.
