    Third 1/2 marathon distance in one week. Going long tomorrow with a 17 miler. Wore the new Ultimate Direction Hydro pack. It will take some time to adjust, but overall, a good run.

    My fourth half marathon to date. This was a rough one with headwinds of 12+ mph for 4 miles. Under fueled so I paid the price. I still PR'd by 4 minutes so I was quite happy!

      Nice miles in the Launch, J-lo. I used to use the Launch as my race shoes. I'm considering buying a pair of the new upgrade. Let me know how you like them.

      I like them, Hashi. Nice and light. Still cautious because of the drop and I could feel the achilles being stretched. Going to wear once a week until I am totally comfortable

      Be sure to check for ticks after your run. There was an article a few days ago stating that tick season has started. Last year I found a tick on my leg after running the Merrimack Trail, but I was able to brush it off.
