Double Kettlebells 00:30

Took a week off from doing anything but walking last week, but today was back at it. After a warm up and 5 minutes of Turkish Get Ups, I took the 2 20Kg outside.

50' Waiter Walks followed by 5 push presses
50' Rack walks followed by 5 front squats
50' Farmer Walks followed by 5 Bent Rows

Followed by farmer walks back and just around for unknown distance.
Swings with 20Kg for 5 rounds of 2-5-10 set rep counts. Minimal rest between sets.
Finished with 10 rounds (I think) of 5 swings with double 20Kg kettlebells.

Stretched a lot after that and cooled down.
