3 Rounds of kettlebell walks (used double 20Kg for most):
50' kettlebells raised (3 push presses at end)
50' kettlebell racked walks (3 front squats at end)
50' kettlebell farmer walks (3 rows at end)
2 minutes rest between rounds

10 minutes of 30 sec on/off kettlebell swings

Myotatic crunches and cat vomit with more foam roller work as cool down.
