    Great morning in St. Paul for a ride! Went down to the Farmer's Market, had some breakfast and rode back. My back has been feeling great. I'm loving this new bike!

    Hot. 87 degrees. My back felt much better today after the long hike yesterday. Need to mix in more long distance walking.

    Cool, yet there was a lot of humidity in the air. It gave my lungs a workout. A really nice morning after it rained most of the night.

    Another hot and humid one. Felt a little stiff and achy, but I feel pretty good after completing the run.

    82 degrees with 70% humidity! Felt good and humbling. I ran the whole way and I think that this route is good for me right now.
