    10 alt-plank, 10x2 staggered, 10 alt-plank, 8x6 lateral, and 11 vertical = 99 pushups. Had never done the math until today. Leg lifts inbetween.

    Thought I already posted this... Increased to 20 reps, 2 sets high to low plank. 8 sets fly pushups, 9 vertical. Leg lifts in between and spin afterward.
