    tired 3 mi

    went into linville gorge. hiked from top to bottom and back to the top again almost 1,000 ft. of elevation gain. 5th hard day on was very tired.

    this is by far my best run; felt great! had to take a few days off from running because my shins were starting to hurt really bad. ran from the end of the road to the top of the gap.

    felt really good today, the first half of the run was all uphill which killed my time. ran all the way never had to stop.

    felt really good at start, then just got tired fast and lazy. wasnt raining at start then started to rain, that zapped some of the little motivation i had.

    Ran really slow, had to wait for lazy ass dog to keep up.
