    Running in freezing fog sucks. Just in case you were curious. Running with friends makes up for it just enough that I don't totally regret going.

  4. At some point I need to run further than 2.5 miles. My brain knows I can do it. I've done it many times before. But recently when I get to about 2 miles... I'm done. How do I get out of this rut?
