    Finally sucked it up and did a marathon...on trails of course I haven't lost my mind completely 😉. The race was this past Saturday.

    It's gotta be part of the running routine. You can really feel how tight running makes the hamstrings and hips in this class.

      Yeah, if you’re recovering from an injury “just finishing healthy” is the best race goal. Btw, a trail marathon sounds like fun!
