Late night TM run

I usually get up early to run before work but I over slept this morning, so I decided to make up for it tonight. I wasn't able to even start my run until about 8:00. I felt pretty good so I decided I would do a 10 minute walk warm up and then reset the time and start running at a quick pace. This felt good so I began alternating in some slight inclines. This turned out to be a great run. It was challenging and I can't believe I maintained this pace throughout the five miles. It's barely a sub 8:00 pace but I'm very proud just the same.


Sounds like you might secretly be a night time runner. Great job tonight!
