Yeah - nice pace for feeling under the weather. Hopefully the sunshine today will kill off some of that mold that's out there.

Jason ran 7 miles in 59 mins good 7 mi / 00:59 08:27 pace
Good TM run. For the first three miles I alternated between a 1% and 2% grade every 1/4 mile. I left it on a 1% from mile 3 to mile 5, and I ran the last two without incline.
-
It amazes me the runs that you put in on the TM, Jason! Great distance and pace today.

Tim and David, As always thanks for the advise. I have a squirt bottle made just for this purpose. My allergy doctor gave it to me, and I do it every for hours when I feel something coming on. It really does help.

I usually get up early to run before work but I over slept this morning, so I decided to make up for it tonight. I wasn't able to even start my run until about 8:00. I felt pretty good so I decided I would do a 10 minute walk warm up and then reset t... read more

Jason ran for 30 mins alrightUpper body weights – 00:30
Upper body with dumbbell weights, along with sit-up, and push-ups. I used the "perfect Pushup" things you see on TV and Walmart. I love those things. They take a lot of stress of my wrist.
-
those are wonderful! if you don't have them, but want to take strain off the wrists, hand weights can work. good for plank pose (abs tight, body straight).
