      Glad to see you trying to start exercise again. Walking avoids all the pit falls of running, so it is a good alternative when one gets derailed.

    This run felt really good. The temperature was 61 and there was not enough wind to be bothersome. I have lost a total of 11 pounds since my return to running.

      Stay with it and you'll get back there again - sometimes having a group keeping you accountable can help. Personally I can't get myself up in time to run in the mornings - I prefer after dinner - it also reminds me not to eat too much.
