    Decided too cold outside and wouldn't get a good run in so I ran inside. Other obstacles but all in all it felt great!

      Where did you go for a treadmill? I wish I could find a gym that just offered "winter months membership". I do have a treadmill and elliptical at home but I miss the classes!!

      Are right I was wrong my last day of the sea to 5K program is this week so that means starting next week I think I will either maintain and just do the 3 miles or knowing me I'll probably start the sea to 10K program so we'll see
