      Are right I was wrong my last day of the sea to 5K program is this week so that means starting next week I think I will either maintain and just do the 3 miles or knowing me I'll probably start the sea to 10K program so we'll see

      Thanks. While I wish I was at that pace it is more important to me to be able get the endurance up. I am glad I am starting off smart, the last thing I need is to get injured again
