    Is still bad with my knee but I am slowlly getting back to my training...very slowlly...getting there..

  7. Still injured and just got healthy again after over 2 weeks terrible cold! Is this ever going to end!? I hope so. Have good work outs :)

      I'm the same Izabela, recovering from bad shin spints :-( Desperate to get back but don't want to cause myself a bigger issue and longer recovery!

      I understand your frustration, Izabela. Be patient and let your body heal. Pushing it could cause further injury and another setback, or worse. With your determination, you will continue your great workouts as soon as you heal up.
